Custom-made pituitary gland tissue array from 25 individuals. Two cores were taken from each case. In cases where both anterior and posterior lobes were identified, one core was taken from the anterior part, while the other core was taken from posterior part (the neural lobe). In cases where the posterior part could not be identified, both cores were taken from the anterior part.
