PTVision™ One Step Polymer HRP Rabbit Ig Detection System utilizes an innovative biotin-free polymerization technology to link peroxidase to secondary antibodies, providing a fast, sensitive and super-clean visualization of rabbit primary antibodies on tissue sections or cell smears. The 10ml kit comes with all the components (from antigen retrieval buffer to coverslip mounting media) necessary for common IHC procedures. Kits with larger volumes only contain polymer HRP labeled anti-rabbit Ig secondary antibodies. Other components of the system can be ordered separately in the Reagent Section of our website.
